This publication, featuring the book-length essay “Field Pulsations” by Sarah Hayden and Paul Hegarty, is the first comprehensive monograph on the work of Peter Roehr to represent all aspects of the conceptual basis structuring his work as well as to to critically examine the entirety of his diverse artistic practice and philosophy. Moreover, a detailed chronology traces the biography of the artist in the context of developments in art during the 1960s.
